We’ll tell you if other users have also been reporting service trouble so you’ll know if there’s a widespread problem.  We automatically track official company announcements and provide links to the best information about service changes so you can follow the latest updates.  And we make it easy to stay informed about service issues through our web site, RSS feeds and Twitter updates.

Report an Issue interfaceToday, downrightnow tracks a handful of the most widely used blog, email and social networking services: Blogger, LiveJournal, TypePad, Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Facebook, Ning, and Twitter.  We’ll be looking to expand our roster of services in the future and we welcome your suggestions.

Please explore the web site and read our FAQ to learn more about how downrightnow works.  And most importantly, don’t forget to stop by and submit a report when you notice a service issue!  We’ve also made it easy to report outages on Twitter.
